business rules "business rules" means- (a) in relation to an exchange holding company, the constitution of the exchange holding company, including rules regulating the activities and conduct of the company in its capacity as an exchange holding company, [Ins. Act A1215] (b) in relation to an exchange company, rules, by whatever name called, regulating the activities and conduct of the company in its capacity as an exchange company or regulating a futures market operated by it; or[Am. Act A1215] (c) in relation to a clearing house, rules, by whatever name called, regulating the provision by it of clearing house facilities for a futures market of an exchange company, [Am. Act A1215] whether those rules are made by the exchange holding company, exchange company or clearing house or are amended by the Commission under subsection 6(3) or 6D(5); [Am.
